Former chairman of the BIRS, Ms. Mimi Orubibi, on Tuesday appeared before the EFCC over the N160m fraud which reportedly took place while she held sway as the held of the agency.
Our reporter who sighted Orubibi at the Abuja office of the anti graft agency reports that she was grilled for over four hours but was not detained.
It was also reported that she was later released on an administrative bail by her interrogators in the petition which was filed against her by the Benue state government.
However, Orubibi refused to speak to reporters who were eager to ask her the outcome of her visit to the EFCC as she was quickly led into her car by her lawyer and aides
