A Member of the House of Representative for Sankera constituency, Honourable Emmanuel Udende, has pleaded with the people of MINDA to stop the senator representing Zone B at the National Assembly, Senator George Akume, with their protest votes in 2019.
Our sources from Makurdi hinted that Udende who had collected millions of Naira from Governor Ortom to buy the consciences of top MINDA extraction was seen moving from one house to the other, preaching to them on why they must not support Akume in 2019.
During the meetings at the houses of MINDA people who are from Ihyarev, Udende reportedly stated how the Akume’s burden is now unbearable for the governor to seek a re-election successfully.
Udende who is eyeing the senatorial seat of the Zone reportedly told his hosts that they could support Ortom if they want but said that they must go for Senate and House of REPS candidates of their choices.
Also in the houses of top politicians who are from Nongov, Udende in his clannishness way told them that, “this battle is between Ihyarev and Nongov so the Nongov must not disappoint their own son in favour of Ihyarev who have been marginalising Nongov for long”.
While in the houses of Masevants, Udende was telling them to join hand with their Nongov minority counterpart against Ihyarev and Kparev.
